Discord Username: Your Discord username and discriminator for display purposes
Server Membership: Which Discord servers you share with our bot, used to assign appropriate roles
Support Tickets: Messages sent through our Discord ticket system for support purposes

The Discord bot is used to sync your PulseLMS account with Discord, automatically assign roles based on course completions or certifications, and facilitate support ticket communication.
